Compact Oil Temperature Control Unit Series Expanded
technotrans new teco ct 130 base 60 oil-based TCU features a temperature range of up to 130°C (266°F).
technotrans has launched its new oil temperature control unit (TCU) teco ct 130 base 60, with temperatures up to 130°C (266°F) and a heating capacity of 6 kW. Customized versions are available with temperatures up to 400°C (752°F) and a heating capacity of 750 kW. technotrans says the TCUs feature loss-free heat transfer thanks to a stainless steel heating cartridge.
The addition of the teco ct 130 base 60 to the product series gives technotrans oil-based TCUs a temperature range between 130 and 350°C (266 and 752°F) and heating capacities between 4 and 54 kW.
The base.line teco ct 130 has a recirculation rate of up to 60 l/min. Multivoltage variants from 400 to 460 V, as well as dual-frequency versions for use in 50- and 60-Hz networks, are also available. The large heat exchanger surface provides a cooling capacity of up to 30 kW.
The teco ct 130 base 60 has a basic control with a keypad and seven-segment display. The control cabinet’s hinged front provides easier access to the electrical components. The interface port on the front of the unit is adaptable, e.g. by integrating analog, serial or Ethernet-based interfaces.
With the teco ct 130 base 60, technotrans now offers its customers a new compact solution with high power density for a temperature range of up to 130°C (266°F).
