High-Efficiency Central Chillers
Combining smart technology with modular capabilities, chillers are designed to eliminate downtime and meet expanding application needs.
High Efficiency Central Chillers from AEC are said to reward its users with upwards of 60% in average energy savings compared to traditional cooling systems. The system continuously measures ambient and process conditions and will adjust to operate in a truly efficient manner. Smart technology can instantly transform your process cooling system, cutting your energy costs, and assist to reduce the carbon footprint of your facility.
The High Efficiency Central chiller also gives processors the flexibility to expand the system in the future. Processors can purchase a system to meet their current process cooling specifications, and easily expand on the system in the future because of the chillers modular design. Expansion is made easy by plugging similar capacity units in parallel that can expand up to 600 tons of cooling.
The chillers control the temperature of the tank and can maintain between 20 F to 80 F (-7 C to 26.6 C). Combining smart technology with modular capabilities, AEC chillers are designed to eliminate downtime and meet expanding application needs.
AEC has also developed an interactive calculator that let’s processors determine their energy savings.
AEC will be participating at the Extrusion 2021 Conference, September 21-23, Rosemont, Ill.
